There's Ouka Hayasaka from Buso Renkin who loves her younger twin brother so much that she literally takes on his pain and injuries for him while he's fighting the main character. They also played a game called "marriage" when they were kids and they're honestly basically married (at one point she wishes her brother could smell some flowers that she got as a gift, and it's shown later that he actually did. idk, anime logic is weird).
